 Registered Member #223 Joined: Mon Jul 07 2008, 10:55AMPosts: 15 | Dear Social workers, I have been pondering over the matter of active participation of social workers fo the last one fortnight.ASWI is a vewry democratic and a systematic organization with conceptual clearity inspite of this the members seemed to be not very much active and the speed of ASWI is considerably slow. This is not a very good symptom for the growth of a new organization like ASWI. I therefor want to invite all the members to a free and indepth discussion so that we can find out the ways to ispire the members to be active.It does not require much time I have to work atleast 18 hours inspite of this I visite the sight every day early in the morning barring some exeptions it is in my day to day routine. So let us find out the reasons for this lack of activity and how to inspire the members.Because so many important matters are not given any importance and neglected.
